One year down, forever to go!
This last friday, friday the 13th, Josh and I celebrated our first anniversary! It has gone so fast! Josh is probably the sweetest husband out there. He has always been the creative-romantic type in which he will never cease to amaze me. First he brought me home flowers and surprised me with a huge picture of our wedding day that is in a really nice frame!! At the bottom of the picture, he had a *fortune from one of my fortune cookies matted. (Look below)
*Fortune= On December 13, 2007 I had ordered chinese take-out. To my surprise, my fortune that night said "Remember three months from this date. Something good is in store for you."
We were getting married on March 13, 2008, which was exactly three months from the date of that fortune! I had kept it tucked in my wallet, because it was a very lucky fortune.
We started out the evening by dining at Five All's! Never heard of it and thought it was kind of a lame name.... SO NOT LAME! It was delicious! Five course meals, started off with h'orderves, a flowering bush (laman's term=fruit smoothie), and ended off with a desert that was to die for. We also drank water out of chilled, real-life goblets from ancient midieval times!

After dinner, Josh took me to get a couples massage with him! Ooh la la
When we got home from the BEST DATE I HAVE EVER BEEN ON, we dove into our wedding cake that smelt like freezer burn! Once we cut through the middle, it was delectible. We ended up eating all of it in between dessert and breakfast the next morning!
One year down and still.... Love the heck out of each other! Happy anniversary !!
