Ode to Zumba

Remember the days when you would watch your mom do step aerobics, working up a sweat with her leg warmers.... This is so much better than that!
I went to my first Zumba class last night, and am HOOKED! If you have never heard of Zumba, you dance to motivating latin music and bust out latin moves you never knew you had!!

Hotel Del

Over the weekend, we surprised my mom with a 50th birthday surprise... a trip to San Diego!
We stayed at the Hotel Del Coronado, a hotel she has wanted to stay for years!
We surprised her with a scavenger hunt the night before which led her to our favorite restaurant and our waiter brought out a little pink bag. Inside was a luggage tag! After minutes of being confused, we told her that she would need that luggage tag tomorrow morning and to pack her bags for somewhere warm!
The trip was awesome, we kept surprising her with little things along the whole way!
We then surprised her with a dinner cruise along the bay of San Diego on Saturday night. We spent lots of time at the pool, beach and at the shops along the hotel!
