Wow, is summer really almost over? It is bitter sweet. Summer is my favorite season of the year, but then I LOVE fall! I thought that I would re-cap the last part of our summer!
Josh pushes an ice cream stand around the parade yelling "Big Sticks" while us girls flavored hundreds of yummy refreshing snowcones.

This past weekend, Josh and I decided to take a random trip to New York. I had the week off of work and Josh starts school on Monday so we wanted to do something really exciting considering. We were flying standby and did not make the red-eye flight and we were really sad. Here we were with our bags packed and no where to go....
We looked and there was a flight leaving to San Diego the next day so we decided to try that the next day....
they were ONE seat short! But then they discovered that passenger, Sandy*, could fly the jump-seat which would make it so we could get on the plane... Wow! So they sent me back to tell Sandy* to fly on the jump seat. That wasn't awkward.
There is nothin like waiting for the PT (Public Transportation)
San Diego!

The most amazing kite I had ever seen. The man flying the kite was also flying about 3 other ones at the same time. Unfortunately one kite went out of control and nearly decapitated Josh and I as we were walking by.
